Project brief
The GEAR-UP project aims to advance manufacturing sustainability by using recycled materials in AM processes while ensuring they meet the same performance standards as virgin materials.
Aerobase focus
Aerobase contributes material modelling and simulation methods that connect the project’s research questions with engineering-ready workflows.
What this connects
The work brings together material behaviour, process conditions and industrial performance so teams can evaluate decisions before committing to physical production.
