Failure and post-buckling material modelling

A library of failure models built on stress triaxiality, capturing post-buckling response including its dependence on element size and sheet thickness. It couples to thermo-mechanical forming results, so a component enters crash analysis carrying what forming did to it. Aluminium and steel, calibrated per material.

AeroCRAFT is an Aerobase development direction for connecting additive-manufacturing process inputs with computed thermal and material response.

A model is only as good as the measurements behind it. Caliber is the campaign that produces them: Aerobase defines the test matrix, has the specimens made and tested at partner facilities, fits the model to the results, and validates it against tests it was not fitted to.

Blast and impact simulation for glazing systems

AeroFEM brings a defined glazing analysis into local and browser-based workflows: configure the load and glazing system, run the calculation, inspect computed response and prepare a report.
